A number of museums around the region have cup-ring marked rocks in their collections and some have made an attempt to present the rock carvings in an interesting and informative way (Ilkley and Margrove Park), while at other places the stones are hidden away in storage and those that are on display are often tucked away in a corner or under a cabinet.
